Do you have any estimate for how long the second proof/fridge proof will take? I usually fridge proof for around 3hrs for a master recipe boule, would this be around the same? Only wondering as generally my master boules dont rise in the fridge
@@jedge7079 as with everything sourdough, it all depends on your dough, the room temp when you made it and the fridge temp, you’ll need to watch it and see 👍🏻
