    Very good video i am selling online and having to go to post office is a nightmare. They are annoyed i am annoyed so looking for a solution. What kind of printer do you use? Thx

    Hi!! Thank you so much for this video, so helpful! I have a quick q if that’s ok! If you click on more than one order on click and drop, then it takes you onto the “package size” page can you change it for every order or will it be for all of them? Thinking ahead if 10 orders need large letter and 20 need small parcel! I hope this makes sense! Thank you

    Putting the code into track and trace has sadly never worked for me with 1st class or international standard shipping so I've always assumed it couldn't be done, I'll need to figure it out as it would come in very handy when international orders take weeks during Christmas.

      That’s a good point and one I totally forgot to mention Ane! 🤦🏻‍♀️ we usually send everything international tracked as for us it costs us quite a bit more than what we charge customers so we reeeally want to make sure it gets to them. One time I must have made a mistake though and sent it standard and untracked and tried to use this method but it didn’t work for me either! So seemingly it must not work for international unfortunately 😔 x

    I have always used a fullfiment company but it's getting costly so I have just signed up to click and drop. Am I right in thinking if it's integrated with your store the label will auto populate the address etc, I see there is an option to auto print too ? What happens if a customer bought 20 items do we just take on the cost if it's over 2kg and will the label adjust to the bigger size ?
    Also on set up of click and drop it says add products do we need to do this ?

    Hi, there is an easier way to do this. I you go to your reports section and then select despatched orders, all your orders and their tracking codes are visible. All you need to do is click on the tracking code, as it is a link to track the item, it will then advise you what stage your parcel is at in the delivery process but only 48 tracked or 24 hour tracked will give you detailed reports. If sending via signed for it only advises if delivered or not. No need to regenerate label. Debs x

      Hi 👋 I’ve just had a look to check but that is only for parcels sent on a tracked service - we send both tracked and standard 2nd class depending on the orders and none of the 2nd class ones show the tracking number (because technically there isn’t one!). Obviously if you are sending everything tracked the hack I spoke about is pretty redundant, as it’s really a way to check up on parcels you’ve sent 1st or 2nd class, untracked which I think a lot of people are unaware of 🙂👍

    Great tip with tracking - thank you for that! How do you manage to just drop the parcels of with click and drop? I still have to wait in the queue and literally she weighs and checks each parcel. My post office lady is actually the worst and she will pick up on everything!

      Unless you want proof of postage you can just leave it at the drop off section at the post office and go.I post large letter sized items for now so I put them in my nearest post box as it's less hassle.

I used to have issues with my local post office and another by an old job as I posted during my lunch for proof of post, I complained on twitter and royal mail reached out, didn't even @ them. They asked what issue I was having and where, I haven't had any issues with my local since.

      We actually use the Royal Mail delivery office instead of Post Office (conveniently for us they are right across from each other!). I found in the beginning the same thing at my P.O though, they would ask what was in each on etc! However if you do have a Royal Mail delivery office nearby I would recommend that because they just take them straight off your hands ☺️🙌🏼 x

    Can you please help me by telling me that how I can put the quantity and product name on the 4*6 size label. because I have seen a label which shows the product name and quantity on the label.

      Hi Ali, that sounds like the packing slip? You should be able to go in to your settings on click and drop to get those printed off with the shipping labels 😊

    Thank you for this informative video! I have a quick question regards integrating click and drop with a Shopify store. Once you have followed all the instructions and connected the C&D account with your store, do you have to make any changes to the shipping settings in your Shopify backend? Especially if some of your products weigh over 2kg and you use another courier service to dispatch them items.

      Hi Ansa, it's not necessary to do anything on shopify -- if you have anything over the weight limit / ship via another courier then you can just select 'dispatched by other courier' so the order doesn't hang around on your click and drop dashboard. Hope that helps! X

    Thank you for this Georgina; it was really helpful 🤍 When you talked about the Royal Mail business account and building up a credit score etc. Does that mean they don’t consider your own personal score; it has to be a business one? Asking because if someone is just starting out and has only just opened a business bank account how would they get around this?
    Also, do you by any chance have a UK link for the label printer that you would recommend as the link attached is an American one. I love that you don’t need to use ink for it. Thank you xx

      Thanks Adele! I believe some banks will take into consideration your personal credit score but it is completely separate! That's a good point, I guess I'd say to do so as soon as possible, but it seems there are a few credit cards designed for start ups so deffo look in to that :)
      I don't have a link but if you search 'thermal label printer 4x6 royal mail' suitable ones will come up :) xx

      It does! Not for international but in the UK, it definitely does

      @@IvyTwineCandles Hi Georgina, it only works if the postman/woman makes the effort to scan the parcel before posting it through the door, which in a lot of cases they do not unfortunately.
      Most of our C&Drop items that do go missing, and pasting the tracking number into RM website, will only show as "This will only be updated when we attempt to deliver the item".
      Either meaning that it HAS been delivered without scanning, (the customer is trying it on.)
      Or it HAS actually gone missing in the RMail system? And unfortunately will never be seen again!
      This has happened to us on numerous occasions and we have had to replace items free of charge.
