Above and beyond indeed! Lovely being surrounded by oak woodland but the leaf litter is a nightmare. They were oak leaves in the gulley. Seems like for some builders of the wild west type, drainage is very much an after thought!

Was worried for you having to climb those ladders especially as the ground was wet , i know you know what you're doing put i was more relaxed when u were on terra firma . Really poor when people block off access to the back. The amount of gardening jobs I've turned down because access is piss poor is amazing. You'd think the builder would advise against it.
Owners could do with removing their car out of the way. How did they get building regs permission for that garage conversion with next doors roof over it. Well done Tony over and above
