Most nostalgic music I know. Watched Godzilla 9 times in one week in L.A. when it was released to TV (I had very tolerant rents). We had a 17-inch Dumont--biggest screen on the block. B&W of course. This music was the soundtrack of my nightmares for years after, was always afraid Godz would peer over a building and stare right down at me! Never could watch Ray Burr as Perry Mason. Magnificent, many thanx.
Just a suggestion, but for those that aren't familiar with Ifukube's works, could you put the times each piece starts at in the description? Thank you!
so glad to have found this channel. I grew up with Godzilla. he was my hero/hobby/obsession and still often on my mind at 26 years old.

Title Theme of "Battle in Outer Space"
Just snapped this CD off eBay. Love the music although I think I like the performances on the Godzilla Symphonic Concert CD a bit more.

Though I think Masaru Sato is a great music composer, I have to say that I prefer this version better than his. From 7:02 onward is the reason why.
whats the song called at 9:09
wait, godzilla's theme seems off somehow
