Wow thanks setup was brilliant for the audi I'm fairly new to acc and clock around 2:21s/2:20.800 but in 2 laps straight into 2:19s awesome Liked and subscribed
Tried this setup and oh boy... This is where I knew how much technique I lack 😅 Anyway, tried the new Audi (tired of always driving the McLaren) and with this setup it took 3seconds from my PB to 2:22 (noob, I know 😅) However was struggling with corner exits and increased TC1 and 2 to 6, but still struggled, but taking 3 seconds just shows how important a good setup in this game is. GG
If you’re struggling with corner exits you could try increasing the rear bump stops a little. This will allow the car to ‘squat’ a bit more when you get on the power and help with rear traction. The downside is you might find a bit of understeer on the exit of faster corners when you’re full throttle. Set ups are always the fastest when they are tuned correctly for the track but also your own driving style!
Your and your 6 seconds quicker then me just starting playing the game a few weeks ago. Learning with the Ferrari not sure if it’s the right decision lol
Hey mate, I main Audi evo 2 and need a quick tip for trail braking because the car can’t handle trail braking in the faster corners it seems like. The back comes out on me (I make my own setups) and I was wondering if you knew of a way to fix that
Yeah it’s not too difficult to dial out, but there are lots of different things to try - I would first try increasing the differential pre load, that essentially will give it more understeer off throttle. You can also try stiffening the front suspension to stop the aero balance moving forwards, or lower the rear ride height to have the balance more towards the rear. Moving the brake bias forwards will make a big difference, but you don’t want to compromise too much with that and end up understeering under braking
Hey Ollie. Have you played ACC on pc as well? Just wondering what the differences are in the physics of the game. I feel like the car just handles so strangely on ps5 kind of like driving a brick. Lol. I just don’t get the feeling of realism I’m looking for. This sounds absolutely bizarre but I feel like Gt7 is almost more akin to actuality at this time than ACC on the console. 😅 Gonna take some flak for this I’m sure.
Unfortunately I haven’t played ACC on PC. What wheel base are you using? I haven’t been on GT7 for a while but when I was playing both, ACC was more similar to what I feel in the real world. I haven’t played GT7 for a while though so I imagine it has received further physics updates since I last played. Maybe I’ll have to give it a try again
@@OllieRacing I’m on a g29. I’ve never driven a track car like you race but I’ve done a lot of racing in road cars. Maybe the difference is in the way the cars actually differ in handling in real life.
@@A-man-yf6pr yeah I had a G29 myself although never used it for ACC as was back in the GT Sport days on PS4. I have a CSL elite which is belt driven rather than direct drive, so I’m not on the top, top of the range gear. The force feedback is stronger, smoother and you feel more detail. I wasn’t any faster than on the G29 when I upgraded but was more consistent and had a better feel for what the car is doing.

No problem mate! Cheers for the sub 👌🏼
Well done bro thank you, and you are hero my lap with this setup was 1.20.5 before it was 1.23.2
Glad I could help mate!
Thank you and I've subscribed because you actually show the setup in video instead of having us download things or pay for it haha
Cheers for the sub! And yeah that’s really annoying when you click on a video and there’s no setup, even though the title says setup!
Mega lap as always lad 👍💪
I'll give this a bash when I'm next on!
Thanks mate! Hopefully we’ll have a race soon!

The Audi Evo 2 was broken fast when it first hit PC. It's been nurfed a bit. Looks like you have the old BOP
It’s decent but doesn’t seem broken fast on console. I’m faster in the BMW at most tracks
Hi Ollie, setting Csl Elite exactly for ACC DRI -05 e FEI 070? Thanks ✌️
Hey mate I believe I have DRI on -03
And FEI between 50 and 70 usually
@@OllieRacing thanks ✌️😉
Damm Ollie your 5 seconds quicker than me. Makes me wanna give up
Don’t stress! I’ve been racing since 2005. That’s a lot of hours of practice!

The Ferrari is a good choice for spa! I have a Ferrari spa set up available on the channel! (It’s pre 1.8 though so lap time is a little quicker)
I’ll definitely check it out. Thank you and keep up the helpful videos

Did you ever use the g29 or equivalent and when you moved to direct drive was the handling difference prominent from the lower grade wheels

Try old and stoned setup …. He is super fast
