I embraced Islam 10 years ago after searching for God since I was a young child. My family was not in any way spiritual, but they didn't stop me from seeking faith. Alhamdulillah He led me here. As the only Muslim in my family and my community, it has been hard to learn and most of the Muslims I have encountered (those born into Muslim families) have not been good for me. One Sheikh even drove me to want to kill myself. Telling me I was possessed by demons and jinn which scared me so bad I was panicking and frantic. Luckily he was removed from my life and I am no longer suicidal. I am okay being alone now after trying to connect with other Muslims because I know Allah (swt) keeps leading me back to the straight path. Alhamdulillah. It is still hard to learn all that I feel I should know. It's videos like this that encourage me to keep going, insh'Allah. Please pray for me. Jazak'Allah khair.

I can personally testify that even when you may not be aware of His guidance, He is with you at all times and will make the way out of even impossible situations. Kindly also mention Snoring - Obstructive Sleep Apnoea can also cause sleep disruption and nocturia. Please also mention that many patients with disc herniation cannot sit for long. They either have to stand / walk or lie down very often. Sitting causes the highest amount of body weight to go through via the spine therefore causing far more damage than sitting / walking / lying down. Also kindly mention about lying on firm to hard sleeping mattress as per preference and proper sleeping pillows with proper height
