I wish his team the best but there are things I don’t have a great appreciation for that Coach Sanders did related to transitioning into his coaching roll at Colorado. I have old school feelings towards college sports, being a fan, supporting players coaches and teams that are the primary drivers behind my feelings with Sanders as a Coach. My main issue is that he pretty much threw away the players currently on the team when he arrived. There are other things that I don’t see as being emblematic of being a leader of young men but a lot of that may be unfair because I see of him what is promoted and not what he’s like in the locker room and day to day with his team.
