WOW your dosing is 10X what I used. I used 3 ticks (3 units ). You used 2 ML (20 units). Granted it may work for a week solid at that dose. But for me. It worked for a little over 24 Hrs

It is certainly worth trying a lower dose (and teh side effects should be less). But if it doesnt work, just go back up to 2 mg. There is also an effect of body weight on the amount that you need. The 2mg dose is the average for an 80Kg man. If you are significantly less or more than this, you may need to adjust your dose up or down by 0.5mg for every 20Kg you are away from 80Kg
@markscriven1458 the PT 141 works same day, for sure. I used the nasal spray version and it worked better than you can imagine. The problem with doing it as a nasal spray, is it doesnt always hit the nasal receptirs properly and can end up being a waste. I am looking forward now to the the injectable.
Its not necessary to sterilize the top of the vials as they are already sterile, you do however want to sterilize your skin at the injection site as you have bacteria on your skin (you dont want to push that bacteria into your skin with the needle) 2mg is the maximum recommended dose, for your first time you may want to try 0.5 - 1mg to see how it affects you, then increase as needed. The PT-141 molecule is very delicate, so slowly inject the BAC water into the PT-141 vial and turn the vial to dissolve the powder (dont shake it) Other than that, good tutorial!

It lasts in the fridge for 6 weeks as long as you use bacteriostatic water. The needle size is 30 gauge, or just an insulin needle syringe combination. You should be able to obtain these from a local pharmacy. Failing that, google for medical equipment suppliers in your country

You can, but believe it or not, one puncture through that rubber noticeably dulls that needle. Puncturing 2 vials will really make the injection into the skin quite unpleasant.
PT141 works on teh brain, not the penis. It is best to inject it into fatty tissue (like your abdominal wall) so that it is released more slowly. It will not work any better injecting it into your penis and will be more unnpredictable

That is a good question. Following prostate surgery there can be substantial nerve damage, meaning that the erection messages from the brain cant get to the penis. So in general PT141 wont help. However, nerve damage may not be complete and boosting the message through damaged nerves might be enough. So a trial of PT141 could be worth a try, but I wouldnt gaurantee it. Men in this situation usually benefit most from direct penile injections such as caverject or trimix. This bypasses the nerves and can give an erection without the need of an implant
The typical dose for a man is 2mg. Usually, it is supplied in 10mg bottles, so we dilute those with 1ml of water and use 0.2ml. If you have vials with 2mg, then each vial contains a single dose. It doesn't really matter how much water you dilute it in as long as you inject the full amount so as to get 2mg (unless you get side effects at this dose and want to reduce it). For ease, i would probably use 0.5ml of water to dilute your 2mg - this will be enough to make drawing the fluid back up and emptying the vial easy, without being too much fluid for a single injection.
The more times that you use a needle in drawing up, the more blunt it becomes, making injection into the skin more painful. So I always advise to use a fresh needle for drawing up the injection for administration

For women 1.75 mg and men 2 mg (or 2.25mg for men over 100kg). As you are mixing the 10mg Vial in 1ml of water that is equivalent to 0.175ml for women and 0.2ml (to 0.225ml) for men.
Everybody should also take an alcohol pad and clean the spot where they're going to inject the solution! this is no different than taking insulin and that's what we have to do everytime!😮😢😂😊
Yes, though I found that the side effects of muscle ache were irritating. Having said so, i used it out of scientific interest and have no underlying issues with erectile dysfunction (other than the natural decline of being a 50 year old man)

I tried it the day before yesterday, I took 3 units waited an hour and had sex didn’t notice much change at that point but I had to go to work, it took about 3 hours to kick in all the way. I got mildly nauseous and it gave me a mild headache however it also made me rock hard for 30 minutes at a time with about 10 minutes between erections and gave me the most overwhelming urge to dry hump and push my hips outward while I was driving. It also made me need to stretch and yawn frequently which felt amazing but all combined it made for a rough day at work . I also didn’t notice any change in my libido per say but went home and had sex at lunch and was ready to go again in about 20 minutes but was on my way back to work already which sucked but again I just had an erection without the desire to use it . Tried 1.5 units this morning and didn’t notice anything but a headache…. I’ll update more as I use it mote
There is considerable research evidence showing that it works compared to placebo. But as with all research it looks at the effect over a group of people and shows an average improvement in the treatment group. It is always possible that some individuals do not get the desired effect. If this doesnt work for you, it would be worth getting professional help with your diagnosis

Actually you don’t want to shake the vial because peptides can breakdown. Just roll it gently to mix. Never shake it ever.
