89Sabers is far and beyond higher quality than the LGT, TXQ and Disney sabers you are probably used to. They are still mass produced, but I will give them credit where it's due, they make some very nice sabers. I have the 89 Fallen Order V3 and OWK4 Carbon Steel and they are awesome! I have only bought my 89s from CCSabers, Carl Chen is a great guy and very helpful.
I just got an 89 saber from CC. Do you know if it’s possible to change the sound fonts on the 89 sabers they sell? Thanks!
@@jacobfleck9116 89s use the Proffie soundboard. It's the most customizable of all soundboards. You can definitely change sounds fonts and so much more. I highly suggest looking up tutorials on how to do so as it isn't as simple as the other boards.

I had purchased from CC sabers, the Ahsoka Tano "Rebels" hilts and I'm not 100% happy with them. They work fine, are comfortable to wield and are well balanced, but to recharge the batteries in them you really have to be careful taking them apart. The main hilt has magnets to help hold the cover in place, but the thumb button (alt button) is a screw on cap style switch cover, that you have to unscrew to get inside to the chassis. Plus, there's a small set screw on the end of the cover plate. Both are quite small and easily lost. If you take the chassis out, the main switch has a stem style post you have to be careful not to break or lose also. Same with the shoto, but it doesn't have magnets to hold the cover in place.
Ultimate Works just released their version of these same hilts and I have a pre-order in for those too, so I'm hoping those are are built much better.
How did you learn to use a lightsaber so amazingly better than Ahsoka with a sword.

Carly, this is your first 89saber? Your in for a treat. 89sabers, in my opinion, make some of the nicest sabers on the market. As soon as I went with 89sabers, I rarely buy anything else. Have fun spinning that one, should be perfect for what you do. Later :)
I just got an empty CCSabers Slayer hilt and now I got to save up and have Solo Sabers install it. It is a very heavy duty and well made saber.

What has been your experience with swinging sabers that are connected with pins? Do you have any issues with delayed LEDs?

How long did it take to get to you? I ordered a 89 sabers cal kestis v3 from cc sabers on Friday.
I love the saber it look amazing ..I don't know why but I was expecting it to light up the whole of the emitter cut outs a lot more🤔 ..so I was a bit underwhelmed while it was in red but when it switched to green it looked incredible I have to admit💚. sorry that sounds like I'm having a downer on it, I'm not it's a amazing looking hilt . Your review is awesome as alway's..are you going to find out if the blade is unbrakeable?...a very costly experiement if it turns out not to be true of course..i dont blame you for passing on that...your going to have to do a Grievous cosplay somehow with all the saber's you have😆

Love this saber, i have an empty one waiting in the que for install. Most of my sabers are 89 sabers and they are all good quality, the accuracy is pretty good too.

I just purchased the TXQ version with RGB S16 internals from CCSabers. Obviously it's not going to be as buffed up as the 89Sabers version, but it is still pretty cool.
