I agree. it’s a lot more fun & peaceful to just chill and look for the positives of the games that we play. Obviously the games that we enjoy have flaws that annoy us but That doesn’t mean we should just hate the entire game because of some flaws. I think it’s a waste of energy to make 8 hour videos nitpicking some thing. However I have to admit that the only 3 games that really got me angry(in the story) is Bioshock Infinite, Last of Us 2, and Plague tale requiem. That’s it really. Lol 😂

@@Naiwal I agree it was pretty wild lol 😂. Gameplay, voice acting and graphics were amazing. However I just don’t like Multiverse stories very much(they hurt my head). In this case it felt a bit confusing. I was hoping the game would be more of a prequel to the first two BioShock games(Really showing the birth of rapture) but still infinite is a fun ride.
I dunno. . .sometime I'd rather get the hate. People that respond to my list usually falls under-
1) "Huh?"
2) "Never heard of these games."
3) "You can't be that old and still be a gamer!"

I definitely get what you're saying here. I'm 42 years old and have been playing games since the '80's. If I were to make a list of my favorite games, it would go on forever. I've played lots of great games since then. To list them all would be ridiculous.

Literally most if not everything thing in this world is subjective. People are just finding stuff to argue about so we can end up dividing each other. Humanity has been doing this type of thing for years, so I wouldn't even worry about it.

Theres so much hate and doomposting and negstivity in the gaming space as a whole and I honestly feel like some people are forgetting what gaming was made for and with all the other youtubers saying "This game bad and mid!" or "This game good masterpiece!" its like people dont really take into account that not games are made for them. Some people like games others hate and others hate games peope love and I feel like in todays world videos like these are so fucking rare because people are so close minded and think that all humans should be a hivemind and think alike and like only what they deem is good and bad and sh*t like that...these days the gaming space and hell even the world as a whole is a clusterfuck and videos like this make it better so thank you for at least making a video like this. Great point. Yeah that’s what happened to Isaac Clarke(DS3). Yeah sure the story wasn’t perfect(The love triangle is annoying) but it didn’t deserve the hate. The story wasn’t 100% bad. Obviously EA is to blame for Viscerals shut down but at the same time the fanbase did add wood to the fire.

I agree 100% about taking breaks sometimes. I’ll have times where games in general don’t seem fun, so I’ll stop playing or viewing content about them for a few months. I always come back with a fresh mind, and games feel new again.
Honestly man some people just wanna be mad about something and it's best just to ignore them. They won't listen to reason. I used to be guilty of this myself. I used to get angry at people for enjoying "bad" games. People like what they like for different reasons. Just play what you guys enjoy. If it makes you happy do it! Great video man!

People are just too full of themselves sometimes. I've met a lot of people who think they know everything, almost like they can read your mind or know you better than yourself. I'm part of that group, I've assumed before. But the difference is that many people think that if you don't acknowledge them or don't like exactly the same things they do, you are a bad person and need to be corrected. You're 100% right, I have tons of issues with starfield right now, a lot of the "negative" review videos out there, I agree with. At the same time, I enjoy the game a lot and have a lot of fun playing it my own way. Does that mean I hate the game or am at odds with people who genuinely enjoy the game for what it is? No I don't. I want people to play games and have fun doing so. Shit I know if I listed my favorite games, your list and mine would be 100% different, but I looked at your list and thought "huh those are some goated ass games for sure"
All this to say is, I agree with you, I hope you continue to do well in life and enjoy the games you play.

The family that's in the room with me while I watched this particular video burst out laughing and pointing to me when you admitted that you don't like to lose. I play god mode in games because I want to be unstoppable in *some* area of my life, lol. Gaming is all about fun for me. I play city building games and sims like Two-Point hospital for the laughs despite my being HORRIBLE at actually being successful at running any type of city/corporate builder simulator. Seeing how much chaos I can wreak is fun, so it takes the sting out of utter failure. I probably won't even "complete" BG3, Skyrim, High on Life, Disco Elysium, or the Outer Worlds because I'm having too much fun messing with those worlds to complete them. 😄 Does not mean I hate all other games that have defined goals though. Thanks for expressing your honest views.

I’ve never seen your channel before but honestly an awesome rant. I have been upset with some games recently though they are usually competitive online games and the reason I get frustrated is the greed from companies. Stuff like pulling content and giving it back behind pay walls selling skins 1/3 the price of the entire game assuming the game wasn’t free and buggy unfinished messes that are pumped out to make deadlines frustrates me. Reason being I think the hard work that goes into these games is undercut and ruined by the soulless companies that own them. Overall though I totally agree escaping and being a hero in a world is so nice and a great escape so great vid will look forward to more.

I'm not gonna lie, I've given up on games like Csgo, Apex Legends, and Fortnite. I genuinely loved those games but man, people can be so toxic. I can handle losing a game no problem, but majority of the people with mics forget that sound travels. I remember in a Csgo match I lost a 1v1 and my whole team came together and called me at least 27 slurs. Brother I have enough going on in my life I don't need that negativity.

As usual, people on the internet are running off their own assumptions and taking it personally. Just think of it like this, the more stupid comments you see, the more your channel is growing.
Also since you're a huge rpg guy, I HIGHLY recommend Outward. It's a traditional real-time rpg that takes elements from survival rpgs as well. Needing to eat, drink, and sleep, each of which provide different buffs depending on your particular choice. A fight can literally be determined by whether or not you had a good breakfast. No xp or leveling system, you get power from your own skill, arsenal, and abilities you obtain from several skill-trees taught by different npcs scattered across the open world. You can learn the bottom half of every tree, but the top half of only 3 trees, which lets you roleplay as a class.
I suggest watching Sseth's video on it, though it is a bit out dated now that the definitive edition has come out, which includes the 2 dlcs. One of which has you building a town and saving it from a nearby active volcano. Another provides a traveling merchant whom you can use to fast-travel (at a cost. Oh yea, forgot to mention there's no fast-travel. Walk everywhere on foot. And the map doesn't tell you where you are either, you have to learn to read the map. You are forced to explore the world in such an engaging and immersive way.)
OH and it has local split-screen. YES, an open world traditional rpg with split-screen coop. Enemies hit you twice as hard, but it's twice as fun!

I’ve only played 9 games on that list, but all 9 SLAP so no hate here. Also if you haven’t tried For Honor, you should check it out. Campaign was honestly pretty fun and if you don’t like losing there’s always bot pvp which is also pretty fun. Recommended playing with friends

My dude there are still plenty of what I play that I still enjoy but because I enjoy the fun I have in Destiny the most that is what I play the most. I’ve recently taken a break from Destiny to play Dragonball Xenoverse 2 because they updated it and I’m having a blast even though I’m a broke bitch and don’t own all the dlc’s the quality of life for the game has improved across the board outside of Bandai and Dimps trying to fix the net code still cuz it can still act up. But many would say if I was a destiny creator that I hate the game cuz I took a break to punch people in the shnoze as a sayian and not atitan in Destiny let them believe what they will. perception is reality and to them that is their reality let them live in it and you keep doing you your videos are why I subscribed in the first place cuz your funny and you make content around the games I like too.
