"10:15" Notice Dolby Vision picture mode on
"12:31" Enable HDMI 2.0 for video & eARC

This is more of rehash of part 1 since video got corrupted after uploading. I go over hidden settings that affect audio output via Arc, eArc, optical cable. Video setting that creates soap opera affect and latency. When to adjust picture settings for non-HDR, HDMI input, Dolby Vision, HDR10. Last how to enable HDMI 2.0 to get 4k 60hz with HDR & eARC. Without this setting on the TV highest resolution by factory is 4k 30hz HDR via HDMI input.
    Timestamp detail:
4:10 Motionflow setting for turning off soap opera effect & adjusting HDR picture settings.
10:15 You'll notice picture mode auto changed to Dolby Vision and HDR logo on top right. This is an option you cannot manually select. At this point adjust all your picture settings (brightness, contrast, color, noise reduction, etc...). Thus if you previously manually made changes under picture mode Standard, Custom, or other those are not in effect when Dolby Vision is on. You have to change picture settings when Dolby Vision video is playing.
12:31How to enable HDMI 2.0 to get 4k 60hz with HDR and eARC. This allows to get 4:4:4 Chroma (RGB) which is best color option as oppose to 4:2:0 (YUV420). WARNING: enabling this will affect devices using ARC and sometimes no audio output from tv to ARC.
    Setting name per brand:
    Sony - HDMI enhanced format
    Samsung - HDMI UHD color
LG - HDMI ULTRA HD deep color
    Vizio - HDMI color subsampling
TCL - Enabling “Computer” will enable 4:4:4 color
