Is it better off if I remove the dpf both mechanically and form the software? Since I can not get the check engine sing to turn off, I own a c 220 cdi 2005
Great video, i think you have solved my problem with a leaking turbo charge pipe, i have only one bracket on top, the one that is missing on your car. Where do the lower two screw into, the alternator housing?
Hello, I have next problem. Motor has power loss and engine doesn't turning over 3000. EGR is clean, diagnostic says everything is ok, every filters are changed, air measurer is ok. What else I should check
Turbo pressure sensor sends out of range signal, engine goes into limp mode. I guess when you restart the engine it runs alright... until you floor the gas pedal. Either you change it or live with it.
Sorry for the delayed response, you need to change your flap motor, it’s a very common problem, as soon as flap motor goes , it stops sending signal to the ECU, and Ecu doesn’t open the circuit to allow turbo actuator to kick in, I can be bypassed by resistor jumper to fool ECU that it’s responding but it causes other issues later on like Car won’t start after driving for a long time until it goes down to 60 degree , flap motor is under inlet manifold but you will have to remove so may things to get there, it’s an easy job but very time consuming
Rodrigo Gonçalves yes it is, when you open top cover it shows few jumpers thin silver connections , when that breaks it gives that error, just find thin silver cable even phone cable works used solder and sold it. I will make video on it

Google mr muscle spray videos in turbo and try it should unstuck your turbo 5$ spray better than 500$ repair
