What I admired about Dr. Myles Munroe his dedication to read the bible, broke through to knowing God purpose, how he bought back the real understanding, to expose the difference between man and God purpose. Because of Dr. Myles Munroe I promise I will dead empty. I only take to my grave the shell. To his children,i thank God first for creating such a person like Myles Munroe, and I thank his children for keeping his dedication live, all you have to do is get His teaching out for the world, God has done the work in him your DADDY (DR. The time gained and amount of energy when fasting is unexplainable. I was so surprised to learn & realize how much time is spent behind the concept of eating.

No food just reading the word of God and praying only drinking water, herbal tea, cranberry juice and apple juice and apple cider vinegar.
When it’s time to cook African food, I just crying because it takes me over 5 hours to cook 😅5:13
