I have mentioned that this week is an invitation to transform in the most appropriate and graceful way for us, but it can be tricky, so the suggestions to stay grounded by going out in nature, drinking sufficient water and getting feet on the ground will help us to go through these changes in an easier way. Transformation can make us light headed, it can cause headaches at times and aches and pains in our bodies as we are slowly releasing the old energy and thought forms and these get release from the cells of our bodies too, so it can be a vig detox hence the physical discomfort.
So use Epsom salts or salts with magnesium to help the muscles and joints, safely use aromatherapy oils if you like, get a good massage as deep tissue massage with help to shift the blocked emotions in knotted muscles, eat well with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables as I personally find them a little easier to digest, stay off the alcohol for the time being to give your liver a little time to rejuvenate, go out for walks in the woods or park and allow your child like innocence to play as this will help guide you as well.
I have also just found out that there have been major solar flares over the last week of May which is why there have been Aurora Borealis sightings in the south of England and a friend showed me a beautiful pink and purple aurora picture from the weekend taken on the edge of the M25!
So all this electromagnetic activity has the possibility of shaking up our electrical and nervous system and on a spiritual note, is helping us to evolve in a positive way (through the faster movement of our atoms).
