Hello again!
This week we have

So it seems that our chosen path/paths are supported with love and although there may still be times when we are fearful of the outcome, there is lots of support for us to face the fears: so a good time to be mindful of what is going on in our subconscious or to hear ourselves and the mind chatter.
Listening to ourselves is such an art but so important as what we do not face or acknowledge has a nasty habit of rearing its ugly head when we least expect it.
Shadow work or working through our trauma does not have to be a negative experience, there are lots of energy modalities liek Reiki which are very helpful for these and also massage which helps release stuck emotions in our bodies.
Finding similarities between us, what connects us instead of looking for our differences will help to foster greater understanding and acceptance of each other paving the way for greater peace. We do not have to always agree with one another but to accepy that we can still live in harmony with differing perceptions of the world.
