I found it free on kindle unlimited so started reading it too cause why not? I'm not usually a romance reader but this one is giving me some feels so far haha

The infernal devices series is the book series that got me into reading back in early 2021, such an addicted and amazing series!
HALEY WHEN I TELL YOU MY MOUTH DROPPED when you said you bought the renegades book. I was just about to suggest it, it’s my favorite trilogy everrr and you will not regret it, if you don’t like the first book (I doubt) please give the second book a chance! You will not regret it everrr, anyways great video as always and I’m glad you’re being more open to more book genres! 😄
YESSS although i did love the first book i’ll admit that it was a little slow and that the next two books (esp supernova which is one of my ult fave books) are better xx

Dude the Renegades series is sooo good. I am on the last book and I really recommend you read it soon! It has weird twists in all the books and the twists make it good!

I'm not a huge fan of Marissa Meyers' other books but everyone keeps telling me I should read Renegades. If you have read The Lunar Chronicles and Heartless could you please compare them to Renegades. I know Renegades is a lot newer so I'm not sure if I should give it a shot or not.
@@seal2697 Renegades is sort of a ya romance novel about a girl who struggles to keep her other identity a secret and a boy who deals with death and the power of a leader.
haley!! while you’re in your fantasy era, i highly recommend the mara dyer series by michelle hodkin. very similar vibes to shatter me with the romance and powers but without the dystopia. just finished the first book and instant 5 stars i adored it!! online it says it’s a paranormal romance but it’s not even rlly like that, not scary at all and i get scared by coraline LMAO so don’t let it stop you xx
the romance is very very good like amazing chemistry, very reminiscent of aaron + juliette and ravi + pip in one. the plot is pretty interesting too!
I LOVE that series!! thing is though Haley didn't like the raven boys because it was classified as paranormal so I'm scared she won't like it😩 have you read the other two books yet?

also yes i just finished!! didn’t rlly enjoy the last book much cos i thought the plot was going in a more “assassin” direction than a “you will love him to ruins” direction LMAO but i still rlly like the series :) starting the noah shaw chronicles soon!
Marissa Meyer is my favorite author of all time, Heartless being my fav book. I actually finished Heartless one year ago today. I cannot wait to see how you like the books!
I never was interested in Heartless but maybe I'll give it another go! I love her stories and recently got Guilded but I have all the Lunar Chronicles books (that i read including the graphic novels) and the Renegades trilogy as well!

Haley since you’re in your romance/fantasy reading era, you should check out The mirror visitor series !! It’s actually originally in French and it’s really good ! The world is so immersive and the characters are so interesting !! It’s made out of four pretty long books (like at least 500 pages) but I personally really enjoyed it, and I’m not even a big fantasy reader ;)
Bridge kingdom is absolutely chefs kiss 💕 one of my favorite series is an ember in the ashes, it has a fantastic romance but also is such an amazing fantasy series in general ❤️

marissa meyer is my all time favorite author, her writing flows so easily and her books are so good!! Heartless is a forbidden love trope and it made me cry and broke my heart, but its still one of my favorite books, and the cinder series is also so good !! im so excited to see your opinion on it
If you like retellings of old (fairy) tales, I highly recommend Lost Boy by Christina Henry. It is written as a prequel to the classic Peter Pan story. At the end of the book the whole story comes together and it absolutely changed my whole perspective on the characters and story.

If you want another AMAZING fantasy romance, read "The School For Good and Evil." ITS AMAZING!!!! AND a movie for it is coming out this year!
