Star Trek Online new beam overload build completed

New beam overload, with reduce recharge time down to 9 secons. Ptrol mission hard difficulty and my shilds didn't flinch.

I'm running a beam overload set up with Intel/temporal. But in this case switch it to miracle worker for the neo constitution. I'm making a full break down vid today with all the build. I forgot to show it.
