Bando makes the OEM belts for Honda. If you are buying Bando Belts the last four numbers are the measurement of the belt in millimeters. For example, in 7PK1755, the 1755 is 1755mm which is about 68.9 Inches. If you are buying Dayco Belt, the last four numbers are the measurement of the belt in inches. For example in 5070690, the 0690 is 69 inches. Each manufacturer has a chart with all their belt sizes, if you want something smaller, find the smaller size and buy that model. ***Check the video description for additional information***
Thanks for this video. I had put a Gates tensioner and belt on my car about 8 months ago, and I'm already hearing the cold start squeal for about 10 seconds again. I looked and the Gates belt is actually 69.5 inches. The mark on my tensioner is in the range, but all the way to the right. I ordered the dayco belt and made sure to get the 1755. That extra half inch I guess will let the car run, but the tensioner can't compensate after so much time. I was a little annoyed since I just did both earlier this year.
My tensioner pulley wont move either way it shows thats its super loose my belt slipped off and im trying to put it back on could it have slipped because the pulley failed?
You are probably running the wrong belt size and its too loose and slipping. The TSX has a K24A2 engine and the OEM belt size is 69 inches. But you have to find out what your specific K24 engine is and get the belt for that specific engine. Check the video description for TSX OEM belt size and smaller ones.

I got the repair manual for the tsx a few days ago to know almost everything about this boy 🤤
Hahah! Awesome! There's an incredible amount of information in the manual, it's been a game changer working on my car with the manual.

Is the pulley frozen and won't move? If the pulley won't move it can cause the belt to slip off.
Can I jack up just one side or do i have to jack up the front m?
I can't say for sure because I haven't done that. It's always best to rest your car on jack stands. Don't work on the car with it only the jack.
Damn just got a k24 put into my rsx and the marking is super far to the right and a loud squealing noise is coming from the power steering pulley/pump
