Modern Barn House in San Sequoia | NoCC | Stop Motion Build | The Sims 4

This house is made for a family with three children (two teens and one child). It was built on Manzanita Terrace lot (30x20) in San Sequoia. The house also has a bbq and pool area.
Before placing the build I recommend to use bb.moveobjects code. The house is available for download on the Gallery.
