- Hey everyone!
These modern townhouses have 2 units in total. The floor plan is almost identical with slight differences, however each townhouse has a unique interior. The townhouses were built on Pan Europa lot (30x20) in Windenburg. This lot doesn't have any shared spaces but each townhouse also has its own rooftop terrace and a small garden area.
