Sir I served in the Indian Navy from 1975 to1985 and retired on completion of 10 years of service in the year 1985 and now I get special pension granted by supreme court of India wef 2018what I want to know is I have applied for echs card as first'applicant pre 1996retiree but verification department at navpen Navy says that I have to re apply as post 2003 retiree and deposit mro amount is it correct to do so please reply sir thanks

My retirement was on 30 November 2018, but I'm late to apply for ecsh card and want to apply now . Kindly suggest me which option I have to choose as I am not a future retire now.

Saare document "Zila Sainik Board" mein aayenge. Jab tak card nahi receive ho jaate tab tak jo ECHS ki Temporary Slip mili hai us se Ilaaz hoga par us slip ko apne ECHS polyclinic mein jaa kar registration karana zaruri hai.

Sir, Sabse pahle aapko ECHS website par "Registration" Karna hai. Uske baad "ECHS Application form Edit/Fill karna hai. Dono procedure ki jaankari mere channel "Info UR Way" par uplabdh hai. Aap channel par jaao aur dono video dekh lo. Par dhyan rahe application edit/fill karte waqt aap ko jo option selct karn hai wah hai "Online Application form for old 16/32 Kb card holder" . How to attach mro receipt for 1997-2003 retiree
Dear Sir/Madam, So far i have not filled any ECHS application of the retirees retired between 1997-2003. But hopeful uploading MRO Option must be available in web page. If not displaying, Then u can open ECHS website in different updated internet browsers (Google Chrome is best). Try this option. Use Desktop/Laptop for filling ECHS Application. Mobile Phone is not suffice. This is for your information please. If problem solved kindly comment and not solved then fwd ur data to me. I will do your task.......

If your application is still not verified by your Records. Then u can edit it completely... Open ECHS website, login with ur ID (Mobile No) and Password. Go to Edit Application....
If ur application is verified by records then u can revert the application by click on "More Option" . A "Revert Application" option will appear....
Is adhar for dependant mandatory while filling up
Yes
If u don't have, prepare immediately from Aadhaar Updation Centre. If not possible at this time. Then your may prepare ECHS Cards for minor after retirement also....

@@infourway7192 Actual I'm from Nepal but my echs got registered mistakely with country india and due mobile code difference in Nepal and India I haven't receive one time password in the Nepali number which is registered

Generally after receipt of Discharge Order or before six months of retirement.... But if your have got late u can fill it before retirement
@@infourway7192 we already hv 32 kb echs card. But hv to renew to 64 kb. So whats the last date for 64 kb ??
