I’ve applied film on other bikes, kudos for doing all that work yourself because I know it isn’t easy! I had PPF put on my V4S and I just let an installer do it because they know how to work it and fix any little issues that come up.
I debated going to a professional installer but figured it wouldn't be that hard. 6hrs later I was regretting that decision. Still, the pre-cut pieces really made it doable
You got some good experience for just a couple hundred bucks though. 👍
I saw your comment about COTA. Been thinking about doing the Ducati Island experience whenever tickets come up. Wouldn’t mind riding with someone who’s been.

Now that looks great! Nice job on this one. I wanted to do the same thing when I had the V4S but not with the Pikes Peak. Wow, that looks great.
The pikes peak is definitely good looking in it's own right. Hopefully I'll get to check yours out in person at COTA again this year!

What did you do with the original ‘DUCATI’ logos on the tank that are raised? Did you just wrap over them? Do they come off? I got the same bike and want to wrap it, but thinking the OE Ducati logo will show right through the wrap since it’s raised.
I left them on the tank and wrapped over them, it really looks fine. I wanted to preserve the ability to 'unwrap' the bike later. Cutting out around it or taking fishing line to remove the badges would give a cleaner look
Wow. Can i put this on the aviator grey? I mean is it a 100% cover or it leaves your true red paint at different points?
There are a couple spots where the original paint shows through, so keep that in mind when you pick a color. The website I've listed offers three different colors in this pattern I believe so you can pick the one that works best with your underlying color

Truly a subjective topic. The design is busier than I would ultimately like, but finding something to cover all that black plastic is exactly what I was looking for. I'm sure there will be expanding options as the years progress
