To answer your question - each of the singers records their part separately and then someone puts it together and this is the final result. Sometimes the process of recording one song can take them up to few months, cause not everyone is availabe to come to the studio and record their part at the same time. But tbh - they sound and sync up just as amazingly while they're performing live as they do on a UA-cam video, I've been to their concert 5 times already and I'm definitely going to the next ones in the future :D
