If we westerners could easily read Arabic writing, it would be interesting to give the language a try. I just don't have time and patience (an sight) to learn reading Arabian or Asian languages. Sad. I just saw some pods about Hebrew and the girl speaking there really did a good job and made me interested in Hebrew because each phrase she put it in Hebrew alphabet, Roman alphabet and the English translation. I missed a readable phrase for those of us who can't read Arabian text.

That's something that makes the reading very difficult; you actually have to know the words and have strong grammar bases before reading them.
