Nice explaination Dr John 1)How a much blood can be lost in acute trauma without I'll effects 2)what is the critical point of hemorrhage 3)how do we asses there is internal hemorrhage in trauma
Hemoptysis due to Bronchiectasis is horrible. I was hospitalized after losing about 60 mL of blood. I have had this happen twice in my lifetime. I am now 75 yrs. old.
I have a neice, non va*ed, nurse, who since covi* va* inations (seeing many people with the shot. Now, since that time she hermitages like menstruation weeks at a time, only stopping short term. No doctors have figured it out. They want steroid therapy, hormone therapy etc. Anyone else experiencing this or know someone with this?

1 and 2 depend on a lot of factors. Think in terms of the Golden hour.
3. Cold hands and feet, tachycardia, fast thready pulse, reduced or absent peripheral pulses, pale clammy skin, anxiety, hypotension
@@Campbellteaching thank you Dr

60ml is nothing
It's not about the volume of blood loss here its finding the cause and addressing it that matters.
absolutely clear I just got it all Sir
Thanks Doctor.....it helped me to study...
Can you please explain the signs and symptoms of hemorrhage, thank you

Follow ABCDE principles and in the UK we would follow resuscitation council guidelines, in haemorrhage a PEA arrest is possible.
