These are great... He was such a superstar taking the league by storm. Individually he was the best in the league and everyone knew it year 1.... It stayed that way through 98' I feel for those kids of today that never saw him play. There was an aura around this dude like no other player. Everyone adored him... He understood his place as the role model and brought people together.

I just think comparing players by eras ( because they went through the same rules/ circumstances) is fair.Some players ( MJ, Kobe,LeBron etc) would be great in ANY era because they love the game and would play for free.But some players who are considered very good/ great would not fare as well in the 50's and 60's.

The dunk at 9:25 is one of my favorite dunks of his and I have seen it replayed at least 1000 times, but have never seen that angle from the crowd.
