The first time I used all white spinner I took a chartreuse pepper lizard, ripped the head off and used the body for a trailer.. It's a very small pressured lake/pond took about an hour but nailed a little 2 pounder... Same lake tail end of summer fishing I used a walmart tan/whopper plopper 30 minutes after sunset nailed a 5 pounder!!! The most consistent bite in my area has been jigs & trailers so far. Been rocking some chatter baits lately and trying the tubes instead of skirts!

Guess you missed it... Jawbones were on sale 4 for 10..got a weird little hard bait craw on a natural clear...worked pretty good actually... Hooks can be changed. Plus I already put a commercial grade uv clear coat on them..due to "paint" issues listed

I'm hoping to try top water next year haven't tried. I Started baitcasting earlier this year slowly building up my tackle box hopefully I can get a better combo for Christmas. I know I got a fishing rod because there's a 7+ft wrapped tube on the side of the tree I asked for a lews laser sg1 rod 😀 😄 exiting

But your right i was fish in a john boat and layed rod and reel down to row the boat and i had a ratatrap on it and was only 1 inch in the water. The next i remember was my rod getting pulled out of the boat so i grad it and i caught a 2 pound bass lol lol. That was cool. Dude sometimes I just cast out my spinner baits as far as I can ( same with swim jigs ) And just let it sink. They hit it on the fall or after it has fallen, sometimes I have to swim it at different depths.
If I as unlikely as it is can I pick the baits box? Not interested in the dips I never got into dipping and I'm not a fan of jerseys but I have a serious addiction to tackle.

I live in Mobile Alabama and a zoom fluke and a 3/0 Grogan hammer hooks works year round. Weightless of course. Keep killing bro!
