This game had some of the coolest characters ever.

This is one big chunk of my childhood right here, I've spent most of it playing fighting games and this game was one of the main ones.
I still remember the day my parents bought this to me, I was with them picking up something for Christmas. At first I was going to pick some robot fighting game (I think it was from the same Sega PC collection but can't remember its name), but after checking the box it was not compatible with our PC (it required a Pentium I think, or maybe a graphic accelerator or maybe twice as much RAM as I had --whatever, it was going to be a waste due to system requirements).
Anyway, just before paying I changed it for this game. And man, I regret nothing. I actually thank my PC for being bad. This game ran very slow, but I had a great time with it.
This and the opening theme and intro for eretzvaju are two of the best.

Whoa, what a classic. This is the first fighting game I've ever played.... Also, I like the song.
When I found this inside the game files when I was 9, I felt like finding a treasure.. no internet, i didn't even understand what language is spoken.
But omg I felt so great, this is a wholesome part of my childhood, and now I understand English and can enjoy the lyrics .. Who knows maybe one day I will learn Japanese but even if it didn't happen I will remain happy having this in my childhood

Man so nostalgic! Sigh. Played the living crap out of this game with my little brother as kids. THIS was the game that deserved to get a sequel, not Fighting Vipers. Characters in Last Bronx actually had style and were cool looking. Not to mention the gameplay was a lot deeper and more refined. I’m still upset that the game just got buried in the rubble and never got a chance to shine. Last Bronx deserved to be a long running franchise right next to VF.

I'm pretty sure Nagi Hojo is inspired by Android 18, she is rival of Toru Kurosawa voiced by Norio Wakamoto. The same actor who always did the voice of Cell from Dragon Ball Z.

This was like Virtua Fighter with weapons. The alternate weapons were funny. The toy train, kitchen utensils, man that was the joint. And who could forget, Nagi the hooker.

This is from the PC version, right? The frame rate is lower than in the Saturn.
