My Entry for SoDak Models'

Adam at SoDak Models has a really cool group build going on from 12/1/23 thru 2/29/23, where you build a model WITHOUT paint/primer/clear. Limited to your imagination, aftermarket details, washes, wiring, and so on, I decided to throw my hat in the ring and build one of Salvinos JR kits, Richard Petty's #43 Camaro driven by Erik Jones. It comes molded in four colors and a high quality Cartograf decal sheet set, and really most of the newer Gen models from SJRs could be built without paint. Grab a kit and let your creativity run wild and post some pics to Adam so he can see what you're building!

Nice pick for the build, I too am doing a SJR kit as well. All kinds of detail can be had with panel liner and decals!

Thanks for jumping in on the GB! I think that is a great choice and example of a kit designed to be built with little no paint. I'm unfamiliar with these kits other than noticing before they were molded in multi colors, is there any other versions(all black) you could maybe get black suspension from? Or further mix and match colors?

Suspension parts trees have all come in the silver/gray, but the Sharpie made for the most part pretty easy work of the parts that Luka Cee said were black (the attachment points from the upper/lower arms to the main frame).
