    1. Hat / Toque - use to restrict the hair from falling.
    2. Neckerchief - use to help stay cool in warm kitchens.
    3. Coat / Jacket - use to protect from the splattering of boiling liquid, and from the heat of stove and oven.
    4. Apron - it gives legs special protection against spills.
    5. Pants / Trouser - it is used to protect the legs from spills and splashes.
    6. Shoes - use to protect the feet if something hot spills or something sharp dropped.
    7. Mask - it is worn to prevent the saliva from contaminating the food.
    8. Gloves - it is worn to protect food from contaminating when hands have burns, cuts, or infection.
