I hope they didn’t copy EA career mode showing 50 fighters in each weight class and have to work your way up. By the time your in top 10 all the other fighters in top 10 all have 60 fights and like 10 loses which makes no sense and you have to constantly fight same fighters. Just use a top 20 system which makes it easy to add new fighters with good records and drop out guys who are losing. Its makes much more sense and actually realistic. I guy with 8, 9 or 10 loses shouldn’t ranked be in top 20
Exactly! I hated fight night when you make it to be champ and have to fight the same 4 to 5 people over and over.
My CAREER WISHLIST:

Customizable roster: age, ratings, active/inactive and records should be up to us.
Also would be cool to be able to add created boxers to the roster.

Amateur Career: with head protection gears. Let s start as 16/17 years old and become a pro by 18/19/20.

Olympics games: before becoming pro would be cool to fight in an olympic tournament.

Sponsors: little, medium e big money sponsors (Real ones or invented ones)

National Titles: might be cool to become Usa champion, UK champion, Mexican, Cuban, Italian French, ecc before trying for the world champion
Also European, North American belts.

Rivalries and friendships: sparring partner and rivals should be part of career mode.
Not an highlighted feature like in UFC where you actually click to accept a rival 😅 but something more cool and immersive.

Interviews with q/a cutscenes: for building hype before fights and gain fans.

A full Tv show with ringside interviewer interactions, interviews and monthly highlights for a more television feeling.
(I want to feel like I am watching the Fight on pvp)

A black and white screen fx: for an immersive 50s/60s career.

Being able to create hundreds of boxers
Also would be amazing a Manager/trainer/cutman creator.

We need a rope,shorts gloves and shoes with a more in deep customization than what we see in the video.

This game has gone backwards non stop since 2021... got the whole community feeling like Micheal chandler... waiting for something that may never happen, and if it does in a couple of years will probably be a let down 😒

Does the referee just crawl into the ring when someone goes down 😂For them not to have an active referee in the ring at all times it’s just absurd 😅this is unacceptable. This is supposed to be a boxing simulator.
They could’ve used random created referee instead of Kenny Bayless, if it meant them, not being able to have a referee in the ring at all times
I wish they would have went with actual ragdoll knockdown instead of a animation every time
And the punches are so so so so slow, and does not have no type of power to it 😢 i’m trying to give this game a chance, but they leave out so many great little details like replays in between rounds, in empty areas the coach chatter urging the fighters, etc. etc.
Unless we can use our created career fighters online, this mode will be short lived. Hopefully, manual training in the final game will allow you to progress faster if you’re good at it rather than just simulating. They should cap the overall stats at 94-95 and you can only achieve this if you are good at training manually. This way, we won’t have everyone using a CAF with 99% overall stats. The created fighters should blend with the regular roster and NOT be separate. They should make it to where you could select your “career” Ali and your opponent not even know if he’s facing the regular or created fighter. Fight night Round 3 was just like this. It adds a little mystery and surprise. This is another reason why I don’t like the “get up mini game”. I want to cuss my fighter and hope he gets up. I don’t need a stupid mini game. They should at least make it an option. 🤷🏻♂️

The KO / count cut scenes are very Fight Night derivative… the take a knee then stumble at 9 is very unsatisfying and pretty unrealistic. Its more fun to clean someone out..: or have the ref jump in… thats how 90% Kos actually play out
i got the game as it was only £18 on steam but i was really expecting it to be a level ahead of FNC by now and it still looks behind a 13 year old game.
I still don't get why ea didn't build of fnc they have a brilliant base game to work on. At the very least do a remastered version of fnc that's way to late now and we might finally get fnc 2

I love this game but so far I'd suggest to the creators that there should be head guards in place at first on amateur level
Also I think it would be good if you could add replay knockdowns after a knockdown and more tattoo options

Great Stream, Game needs a bit of work before it comes to consoles. Clinching, the way the punches inpact ,Knock downs look weird. But i see a lot of good ideas ,massive potential.
The holding animation is just crazy lol!! They should just use Ring King animation hahaha.

Hopefully that oil money can completely overhaul this game. The tracking is ass. There is no stopping power. Nothing feels strong, the only thing that looks good in this game is the movement. Other then that its a waste and a shame. Console i promise you’re not missing anything. You have fight night champion which is still a better overall game then this
Can we see our fights history, and other fighters history? And is there a hall of fame? Where are retired boxers amd their records? So we can be goat of all time? Press conferences...
I think that this game will not be so much difference from other sports and fighting games. They said that undisputed will be deepest.. but this doesnt look like that.. they will not add all this things until full release.. this will be just like fnc but with amateur boxing career
Id put strength way down an hire the best coach with the highly illegal roids. Realism prob not there yet
Things I wish in career mode (Random order)
1. Face off/ choose to brawl or be respectful
2. Choose voices for character
3. Personality option cocky, humble & aggressive
4. Post fight interview (Able to call out next opponent)
5. Weight in & option to wear sunglass or face mask
6. Different dialogue/story
7. Build up trailer for massive fights & see how much ppv buys
8. Step in ring with next opponents after his fight.
9. Personal Stories/ Rivalry with multiple boxers . (Leonard, Hagler, Hearns & Duran)
10. Skill tree (Able to make your own fighting style or Punches )
11. Pay fees on belts organision whilst holding the belts
12. If you miss weight you get fined or vacant title.
13. Fight catchweight
14. media press/post conference for fighter, promoter & coach
15.. Injuries whilst on fight (fight with one hand when other hand broken)
16. Fighter get bonus if they win by ko or impressive performance
17. Awards for fighters, coach, fight of the month or year
18. Able to hire celebrity/singers to walk with you in the entrance
19. Rate every fight to get xp
20. Created fighter can grow out
their hair so can pay for haircut
21. Title defence mandatory you can't refuse. like real life after mandatory defence you fight who you wish
22. Sign with diffrent networks
23. Eliminatior title match
24. Anthems each fighters country
25. Corner game being a cut man
26. Have a own signature punch roy jones cross (FNR3)
27. Ring walks

29. Short notice / back up fight gets more money

You were stuck In the media stuff because of the negotiations you made you can’t just speed through all the menus you will miss a ton of stuff

Career is looking good, but they need to change the debut pro fight location to somewhere else. Nobody is being paid to have a pro fight with no paying audience in a gym. Should be at a middle school basketball gymnasium with a handful of people scattered in the bleachers, or something like that. Debuts happen on undercards, even for guys with no amateur accolades. You won a tournament, but your debut is in a boxing gym with no audience. Never heard of that, and for a game that's going for realism, it's something they should fix.

Now, I've started over from the beginning and I'll be watching it all. Now I see you can pick venues in the negotiations, so that's helpful.

I'd like to eventually see them offer an expanded amateur career, like Golden Gloves, Goodwill Games, Olympics, etc. Give pro career perks for doing well in the amateurs, like if you're a Gold Medallist, you should debut with more Fame, access to better staff, gyms, etc like in real life. If you skip amateurs, you start out at the very bottom..

I have to say little worried when you have it on most difficult mode and your winning easy especially after newer to game. I am glad they don’t have mini games to improve stats and you don’t have to constantly play like EA fight night and got so boring

Ricky can I advise you read the screen, you can pick Manual your own opponent, not just the 3 you get. Also on the ranking screen push left and right to see who’s at the top.

1 year later and I’m still waiting for this game on Consoles 😭
Hopefully they’ll add a soundtrack to the game soon, the loading screens/training hub feel a little dead at the minute

As annoying as it was to hear Johnny Nelson repeating himself every few minutes, it was better than nothing! 😅 I haven't played this game since maybe May/June last year, but these things were in the game from even before that 🤔🙄 One thing that I really hope has been changed is the way of getting back up after a knockdown - that twin stick coordination shit was 50/50 at best for me! 😖😂

When you look at the next potential fighters, you've got some lower level choices that has a huge payoff comparatively to the high ranked boxer. Why not take them? More money => Better coaches => better gym => win
