It SLAMMED The Lure at My Feet! Biggest Of The Year!

Well I didn't expect this fish to slam it at my feet! This was one of the more exciting river sessions of the season so far. It started off with me falling off my bike and fracturing my toe, but ended up with plenty of action! The river was up slightly with all the rain and the bait to kick start the session was the spin head to create loads of movement to attract those pike out of the slack waters. After the river started to clear it was the more natural swim bait that stole the show landing me my biggest pike of the year so far!
