I was told to take several outdated/expensive tests since (if i was honest) they would disprove each other and hence cause doubt about the situation.
I was proven innocent (not a alcoholic or intoxicated when driving).
I still have to pay for many new tests under minimum 6 months before getting a license. IF i get a license i have to continue with the tests 6 months afterwards.
The original test (CCD-T/ CCD-E) is about 86% sure but can't be argued. This is 'law by statistics'.

Just FYI, beef in not banned all over India. It is banned in some particular states. People in north-eastern India, Goa, parts of West Bengal, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and maybe some more places consume beef.

In Malaysia where Zakir Naik resides, people or rather his admirers/followers listen to his lectures and most of them don’t have a good grasp of English and what more his heavy Indian accent. I recall seeing that man Zakir Naik on OTA TV a couple of years ago. I was most surprised to see such programming in South Florida. There was one episode where a young boy was stating why it was justified that a man could have multiple sex partners/wives or sex slaves BUT a woman CANNOT justifiably have more than ONE partner. It has since been discontinued.

I left Sikhism. The only thing I liked was the idea of langar and live and let live policy. Apart from that I found nothing else interesting. So then accepted Christianity and feel whole lot better.

Hence vigilantis get a cover. Plus specifically cow slaughter related issues are very integral to the regions and the culture that treats them as family. Many Hindus used to and some still eating cow like Hindus from Kerala , Tribal Hindus , Hindus from North East , Hindus from some of the scheduled castes and OBCs. Many upper castes Hindus were the main suppliers of cows for beef. This ban implemented for the majoritarian BJP , RSS vote bank .
There are no basic tenets , compulsory beliefs and dogmas in Hinduism.

Cattle theft is a big issue in India, and there are armed gangs who steal cattle and they have murdered farmers . Many of the smugglers are in cahoots with policemen and politicians. When the law doesn't take action against smugglers, you get vigilantism. And when a cattle smuggler gets caught, what do you think the people are going to do ?
I don't agree with it but thats the reality. I request you to google Swati Goel Sharma who has reported on these incidents and it's more nuanced than " beef lynching of innocent muslims" narrative that the MSM peddles.
