- This is a video I took with my phone, zoomed in all the way, of UFOs over Colorado Springs on February 6, 2013. It's blurry, but easier to tell the UFOs from the clearer, far away view.
excellent video and I enjoyed the background music too.
They could be flares from an aircraft, but they look more like illumination rounds launched from a 120 mm mortar tube to me. They move a bit (probably with the wind), and as some die out, more light up, just like an illumination round exercise.

lacrymal1 Check my video out from 3am September 25th 2017 in Colorado Springs. I first saw one big orange light. Then it broke into 3 or 4 and just hovered for awhile. It sucks i couldnt get longer video because i was driving. But my video is definitely worth a look.
We're in the Springs too...was this out East? past Powers Blvd?
It really looks like UFOs compared to a couple videos of flares but who knows they could be.
Not saying it is not real but the video is being shot through a window and it is easy to have lights behind you appear to be in the distance. An outside shot would be more convincing as it is too easy to fake this look!
I'm a co spgs native, and I've been looking for any type of video of ufo's that look like they are still in the air, but then they literally fall really fast & make a flare-like looking 'spark' right before it disappears... Anyone seen this? My hubby & I were driving back from Nebraska and right on the outskirts of El Paso County about 3;20am we saw one do this. ??? I know other have seen it too :-)
