Part of my daily routine is to prepare for my food for lunch in the office. I enjoyed it because I love cooking. I also play relaxing piano music in spotify while I'm cooking. I also water my plants and feed my pomsky. I woke up at 5:30 and leave the house at 8:30am.

Yes! I have been working on my morning routine for the past 2 months. Each morning exercise then meditate power pose and shower then journal. I am going to start incorporating reading for at least 30 minutes, spending time with my family and I now get up at 5 a.m. as in two days ago so I can fit it all in!

Morning Routines of Successful People. 1- Plan your day the night before. 2- Set goals for the day every morning. 3- Avoid checking your phone or other electronic distractions. 4- Stretch and exercise. 5- Read. 6- Meditate. 7- Spend some time with your family. "Your mind is like a muscle. The more you use it, the more powerful it becomes." and for me in the morning, I always say to myself: Today it'll be a good day.

The Hardest thing to get into for me is consistency .

I set myself a goal of exercising exercising every single morning, even if only for 5 minutes. I started at the beginning of April and have only missed 2 days (after my birthday celebrations! 😨) But have been at it for nearly 6 weeks and slowly but surely the time I spend exercising is creeping up and it's starting to become a habit that I don't even think about, I just put my exercise mat out and know I have to do it.

These are common productivity tips from many sources. I'm sure they are meant for morning people. I'm a night person, have been since birth. I'd rather do things later in the evening because my brain functions best then. Even just mopping the floors, I'd rather do that at 22:30 than get up and try. Even gym workouts - I'm never at gym in the morning. I go around 17:30, used to go later when they still opened 24/7.
Maybe it's time for some videos for us night owls?

I don't rush into the day. I like to do a few things and focus on a few things that put my mind in positive mode. I then check my mindset - and what I want to accomplish, and especially - why I want to accomplish it. I still think I could tighten up more, get up earlier and do this, sometimes feel guilty that it is a very relaxed way to start the day, rather than just powering in, but it seems to work for me well.

    Don't say ''I AM FINE'' -------- Say ''ALHAMDULILLAH'' .
Don't say ''WOW'' -------- Say ''SUBHAN ALLAAH''.
ASSALAMU ALAIKUM = Peace be unto you
JAZAKALLAH KHAIRAN = Allâh will reward you goodness
FEE AMANILLAH = Allah protect you
MASHA ALLAH = Whatever Allah wills
    INSHA ALLAAH = Allah willing
ALHAMDULILLAH = Praise be to Allah
SUBHAN ALLAAH = Glory be to Allah
    _______________
insha allah mean god willing and we use it in future like i will go to mosque insha allah or i will do something did understand or no
any one he said to you salam alikom you have to answer him salikom salam but if you said someone salam alikom he has answer you walikom salam
Bismillahi Rahmaani Raheem. mean the in name of the allah we use it when start something like start eat or start any thing Or enter the room or enter the house except for the toilet
    Alhamdulillah mean Thanks god
allah akbar mean allah is great
So what does "Masha' Allah" mean? The literal English translation is "as Allah has willed it". It's used for whenever someone or something is being praised or admired. It's a reminder that all good things come from Allah and are blessings from Him.
Do not say bismi allah in toilets? //// Bismi allah mean in The name of the Allah
Always when u will start eat u have to say Bismi allah mean In the name of the allah when u will finnish eating u have to say Alhamdollilah mean Thanks God
When someone said to u Jazakallah al khair u have to answer him wajazaka
When someone said to u Barakallaho feeka u have to answer him wafikom

Even though I'm in my late 20s, and despite years of daily research, I still don't have any idea how I should be spending my time according to my circumstances. I write many lists, plans, intentions yet to this day I'm depressed, unemployed, diseased, isolated, unfocused, clueless, unproductive, angry, lost etc.
I envy you normal, healthy, productive, focused, happy people.
Can anyone help me based on my complex reality. Thank you.

Hi Brian, you're my mentor and I started watching your videos and reading your books since two years ago. I'm from Myanmar, 24 years old and you almost changed my life. I graduated as an engineer with ordinary dream (working hard and earning high salary). But you changed the way I think, behave and set goals. I could found a company on my own which is running quite well. I could afford more than I could imagine. This is real. I'm still not rich but not poor like others (mentally and financially). I'd like to meet with you in person once in my life. I don't know this is you or your staff handing your channel but I hope you read my comment. I would be so happy.

Hi Brian. To begin with I LOVE you! In the nineties I went to one of your seminars here in Wichita, KS and met you personally. I enjoyed that seminar but somehow never really took action.
Now I am 60 and realize that better late than never. My goal is to follow YOU to success. I have a YT channel and also a business I own that has $1.2 million in revenues and for the first time in our 22 years our revenues are flat and we are facing a few challenges. This has scared me into finally taking action. My revenues are flat because I have become flat. My company’s stagnation reflects my lack of passion, drive and just basic hard work. I have become lazy.
But I’m not old and I can change my bad habits. It’s time for me to get off the couch in my own life and let you be my teacher. I just purchased your book Maximum Achievement. My goal is to follow your advice and let you teach me. My goal is to get my company to $2.2 million in revenues, and then who knows?
I am naturally gifted, but I am tired of accepting less than the best from myself. If not now, when? Thank you for offering all your vast knowledge so generously. You are amazing. I am so grateful you were born and that you used your gifts to the max. I want to too. 💝💝💝🎄🎄🎉🎉😌🎉💝💝💝🎄🎄

Glad to hear you're finally taking action on what you really want to do, FiftyPlusBeauty. Brian Tracy is a great teacher. I know you will achieve your goals in record time. And by the way, 60 is the new 40. It's 2018 now. You're right. You're not old.

Hey Brian Tracy. You should do a video about why you are not on the trending page on UA-cam. Your work provides more philosophy than the losers advertising on top of your videos like "Gary Vee"

I'm a Law student at university and I'm going to be in sophomore within next few months.
I want to be more productive than I was in freshman year. So, I was desperately looking for productivity and study tip videos in UA-cam. I finally found your videos quite helpful. By the way, can someone please explain me what he meant by "turn it off" and "leave it off" at 2:59? And can someone please tell me what Mr Brian said at 4:01? At 4:01, I heard him said, "My preference is always to read something that's out of _ _ ? _ _ educational or motivational or inspirational that gets you a little bit pumped." Please answer me. Thank you!
