These are really fun and forgiving. Big sunburst and this spiral center make a great design for this space. I'm quilting in manual mode, using Omni thread. I also use a half circle ruler to make the circle for center of sunburst. Then I free hand the spiral in the center. The little sunbursts along the border are so cute! Hope you enjoy this video. The repetitive motion of the swirls in the half square triangles was mesmerizing. I found myself releasing breath I didn’t know I held. The combination of the repetition and the music soothed me. Found out a little more about how my brain functions. Cool

I am new to quilting and happen to come across this video. I was immediately drawn in to see an artist creating something absolutely stunning. And to such peaceful music. It’s as if you and the music became one.
As I said I’m new to quilting and had heard of long arm quilting but had no knowledge of how it works.
I am also an artist, oil painting and writer. This video stirs a hunger, for lack of a better word, in me to get my pen and paper and/or go to my little studio, put a clean canvas on my easel, and pick up my paint brush.

I have a question maybe you can help me with. I have a jelly roll plus 2 mini matching charm pks, also mini charm white 84 pieces, 1 jelly roll white.....any idea how what I could do? I have ideas been don’t know how to work out a pattern. Plus I’ve scared to death ill mess it.
@@maggiemae987 there are lots of jelly roll books out there.... I don't get to make many quilts of my own. I have jelly rolls I need to use to.... Someday!

Exquisite quilting....I can hardly wait to try this motif. It truly looks like a sunburst. I noticed the backing fabric looks like surbursts as well. Love the choice in music...I was mesmerized listening and watching....so relaxing....wonderful right before bedtime. Maybe no melatonin or benadryl needed tonight! :)

The video includes all borders. At the beginning there are small suns in the piano key outer border😊

Which half circle ruler are you using and is it part of a set? I've been looking for similar. My starburst centres could do with some help.

In this video I'm using a Gammill 26, but I now use a Bernina Q24. Neither one computerized
