But it’s cool to know all these technique . I am getting used to okaying the tambourine and sing at the same time . Not easy ! Slowly but surely singing and playing tambourine for Jesus !!!

Until today, I didn’t think I needed to add a tambourine, to my percussion repertoire. Thanks for the Inspiration. Great introduction to techniques and textures of the tambourine.

    THE £1 MILLION TAMBOURINE
Of all the UA-cam videos I've watched about Tambourine playing, ONLY THIS DUDE HAD THE PASSION and I FELT IT.... For me, THE MOST ENTERTAINING TAMBOURINE PLAYING TECHNIQUES VIDEO ON UA-cam.
Satisfies Beginners and Advanced players ..
Think about it,... wad there ever a piece of music that didn't 'ZEST YOU UP' even after a bad day that did not feature the TAMBOURINE.

Yours sounds so much cooler than mine. Where yours goes bweamp. Mine just goes BUM. I heard this guy play one in this band and he was so good at it, it almost sounded like a whole drum set. I had to buy one. It's fun. I don't think I'll ever be as good as that guy but it's a very cool way to provide a little percusion to an acoustic type of jam situation.
Another cool thing I like to do is to use a shaker in my right hand, use the tambourine in my left almost like a snare drum and with a good set of boots and a nice hardwood floor, that's like your kick drum. That way you can get more pop rock type of beats and it sounds pretty cool.

I ve always loved the drums, when I was a little girl, my brother plays the drums during Sabbathdays and my dad too while my mum would play the other hand held instruments that are left. And I drumed a few times later in my teenage age. Since then I was facinated by tambourine, now I ve got one so I can't Thank you enough for making this video, because it's one of the most complete one that I' ve seen that incorporated lots of ways to play this awesome instrument. Btw you got a new friend 👍😀

Best demonstrations of tambourine playing ever. I didn't like the church women playing because it was all drums and lo jingle.
Looking for that fresh motown sound.

Check out Blue Tambourine by GLEN VELEZ , master of the frame drum which includes the tambourine . Sly and his bandmates also got funky with the tambourine , as did Motown's Funk Brothers.

Please teach us something about beats and measures. As a musician I want to pick up a new instrument and jam
with my team. Play a song and not just hit the thing.

That’s a frequent issue with a lot of ‘instructional videos’ . Put the notes into the context of a song or piece of music.

You can learn this stuff from basic music theory. He already gave good beat examples. His video was great he showed more than other videos, he did an amazing job. You can learn what your looking for from basic music theory, it's really not that hard bro . There are millions of videos on that
