This might be obvious but can you explain how you measure out the spreads/sauces when you place the whole container on the scale? Like, do you just count the difference between before and after the spoonful?
It’s the same as if you added a bowl. Just set the entire container on the scale, hit the button to zero everything out. Once you use your suave then place it back on the scale, the number listed will be how much you used
How come it's not factoring in your exercise/calories burned? just curious, I use the Lose It App that shows that information and so sometimes you can eat even more!😏

Hey Kesha! I've tried for the last 2 years to put mass on my legs..they are still too skinny. Any suggestions?
What have you been focusing on to try to build your legs? Like what has your routine been? And what has your diet looked like?
Legs 2-3x a week..Progressive overload and high carbs on leg days. They have grown some, but my frame has always been skinny legs all my life. I have no "meat" on my legs to work with...
@@SunshineKK99 are you counting your calories? How much protein are you eating? And are you eating in a surplus? Training is super important, but I would say the diet is even more important. Especially if you are naturally small, it’s very difficult to gain and maintain size. You have to EAT like a lot, and consistently.

Absolutely not! Lol I had to be up at 5am for 10 years. As an athlete, then post college in my corporate job. I’m taking full advantage of being on my own schedule now.
@@KeshaCollins lol I think I’m stuck in it lol, right out of high school, straight, into military, then back home as an athlete … 20yrs later and still rocking the 5am life … actually by 5 I’m already at the gym :.. The curse is, I still go to bed between 11-12 smh lol
