Here we are to day 10 Years Later Now having big boy running is just awesome. Thanks to the Union Pacific we have the mighty giant that there is today. Thank you Union Pacific for Bringing it back!
YES! Finally another video! Glad to see they finally installed the transition track. Looks like things are going really smoothly and hope it continues without delay. Please keep the videos coming hot off the press. Those of us who are too far away to visit this museum on a regular basis want to see what's going on frequently. Thanks for uploading UP
Good job, guys! Corporate should consider auctioning off cab rides on the train that moves 4014 Cheyenne, if the rules permit. The money could go to United Way or some other charity and it would generate a huge amount of positive press.
I live on the east coast, so I've never had an opportunity to see UP Heritage Steam Operations. Regardless, I am pleased to see that you understand the value of having such a program, not only for PR, but heck, it's COOL! Best of luck with restoring this classic from the Steam Age, and maybe one day I'll just have to plan a trip out west to see this loco in action.
Wonderful video! I've been looking forward to another update. Hopefully the next will show 4014 being moved to the Metrolink main and on to its new life.
have they moved it to its current location from where it sat when it was on display? it was sitting on a rail that was flush with the asphalt, now its actually on the temp track.
Wtb quicker updates plox :) but if 4014 is ready to move please show it hell live stream it I'm sure see abit steam junkies wanting to watch that (like me )
