Could you put this on the inside of your car's windshield and charge a battery that way? I imagine you could run a cable to your glovebox or center console to charge a power bank? Thanks for any comments.

That's what im trying to do ...I got the big blue 28w and it sucks I got it direct sunlight through windshield and it's only charging my portable bank at .6w
