The car may be nice, but I read so many threads and forums about the horrendous service experience. Was ready to buy a 3.5T then backed out as I don't need the post sale aggravation and disappointment.
@@michaeldenniscruz1010 indeed; they aren’t aware they’re selling a luxury brand and the manufacturer seems to forgot to produce spare parts as they are very scarce and hard to find even for the dealer
Service is unfortunately going to come down to the dealership. There are many bad dealers out there, and that's something that needs to be addressed across the board.
I do and I don't, only because it's a 200 km trip for me to pick these vehicles up. We'll see how cooperative the weather is for us working out of the Ontario bureau this year, I know James in Montreal will have plenty of opportunities for snow testing this season.
The bade model doesnt come with half of what you mentioned nor does it start at 60k, that would be starting price for a 3.5 base version also known as sport
Entry-level model of the GV70 is $60,000 CAD and still comes well-equipped, Victor would likely go with the GV70 2.5T Prestige AWD at $68,500.00 which is a steal if you ask us. The Prestige has all the important tech/safety features, just none of the sporty stuff found on this test model.
Not super stiff, but modern car seats are a lot more firm than they were 20 years ago. You don't sink into these, but they're in line with other luxury-class seats in competing vehicles.

Not to mention that they are very unreliable
Dealership is horrible.

Very nice car Beautiful Genesis °1❤
We had a great time with this one, can't go wrong with Genesis!
Wish you had snow and a driving test with the G

For the gullible

@@PRNTestDrive I guess they only offer a couple of trim levels in Canada then. Base model in U.S starts at $45k and the sport prestige 2.5 is $57,500
How do you work the USB video? I can't figure it out.
It might be something restricted in your market.
I can’t stand those golf ball rims. They need to change them.
Fair enough!
They remind me of a starfish
Love them
Did you guys find the seats super stiff ??

This is the major problem I have now. Makes me want to trade it at times.
Nobody needs this 3.5T twin turbo if they don't intend to amass speeding tickets
Agreed, it's fun and powerful but for daily use the 2.5L engine will do plenty fine.
...and the 3.5 provides much better seats.
For most, yes. But not everyone. Gotta try em out to see which ones provide the best support based on your needs.
Should You Wait for 2025? | 2024 Genesis GV70 3.5T Prestige AWD?
That's essentially what we did for the GV80 we featured a little while after this.
