💙 Muscletech 100% Mass Gainer is the best. (In my own personal opinion of course) But No... Never ever put "6 scoops" into a 16 oz of slim milk or water. It would be so thick that you wouldn't even be able to drink it. Basically do 3 scoops for 16 oz after workout... Then nighttime do the same 3 scoops with 16 oz which is the exact equivalent dose of what it's asking you to take. The 3 scoops for 16 oz Twice a day is enough to build mass, see results, & get everything your body needs.

@@justchill1611 Not sure about the ml but I have a 16 oz mini blender not one of those huge blenders so I usually do 8 oz of milk then add 1 1/2 cups of protein powder (pour that in separate cup) then another 8 oz with another 1 1/2 oz protein powder which equals to 16 oz with 3 scoops. Adding more than that will over flow the blender on top of that it'll be too thick to drink by adding more scoops which confuses me to why they say Add 6 Scoops smh that's insane

I'm 6'1 and only 120 pounds.. I might need more than what you're suggesting.. However, I do think you have the right Idea. Once, I start putting on some ideal weight.. Just stop taking it for a bit is all. Since, I want more weight.. But I don't want to look like I am Pregnant either.

I’m bulking rn and drinking a MG every other day and I think if I use the ON, it’d be too many nutrients Ovaltine has a wonderful set of vitamins and adds a beautiful flavor. I don’t add the Ovaltine every time and it allows me to have more control over when I need some extra vitamins I do like the canister of Serious Mass more though lol

If I am heavily overweight but have already been working out consistently, showing great improvement gaining strength, losing fat but fluctuating between gaining a pound then losing 4 or 5 pounds… should I take this? I am doing intermittent fasting but really only eating once a day I’m hoping this will help with the muscle gain along with the fat loss.. I don’t need to be “skinny” but being a lean 250 would be great! Mind that I currently weigh around 345…. I used to weigh 400 😢
