I went on it two days ago. Amazing ride. The first time ever I did I wasn’t feel extremely confident, especially during the initial climb up at 0:10. That sensation when it reaches the very top and it’s about to drop hard and you can’t do anything is frightening and dope at the same time. The acceleration at 1:20 is crazy. I also enjoyed the horizontal inversions at 1:51. After you do it once, it becomes addicting!
My main draw to this is the fact it uses over the head lap bars! They did wonders on a Gerstlauer (Six Flags over Georgia), so I can only imagine the better experience future coasters with insane layouts like this would have!
+Sean Flaharty Indeed - the faster lifthill gets some extra energy into it...it's a bit taller than Colossus too, but I found this to be all that Colossus falls short of. Some club members said the seats further back were rougher like on Colossus, but the very front row was excellent.
Agreed - not sure why it is costing £20 million but if it's as good as this Italian one then it will go down well with enthusiasts. Much better than the Thorpe Park version.
@@davidjellis I've heard that they're getting it for around £4,000,000. The ride was supposed to have been set up at several parks, but none of them could actually afford to set up the ride, so they sold it for a very low price, and now Flamingo Land has the ride.
@@ryan_n05 This website says the cost was confirmed two weeks ago by the park at over £20m as part of a competition coasterpedia.net/wiki/Unknown_(Flamingo_Land)

CLAIRE ABEL! You have won a VIP Family Pass to the LAUNCH DAY of our NEW 10 inversion rollercoaster and we will be in touch 👏
@@ballbag I read recently an article that said they only paid around £2m for the ride...to be fair, the biggest cost will probably be in relocating it.
Definitely - check it's opening hours, but the park has some cool rides and if you are in the area is well worth a visit (perhaps not a full day but a half-day would work well)
+KingRCT3 One time my brother and I marathoned the Batman clone at Six Flags Over Mid America. We did it about six times without even getting off the ride. I thought I was going to vomit when we were walking down the exit path after the ride.
Elias Mertens I spent 33 hours non-stop riding a coaster once...fortunately it was a woodie so not as intense, however I rode Nemesis (one of the most intense B&M inverters) 64 times in one day...now that was a fun day!
Sorry - no idea about Volarium. In terms of the two parks, both were good, but this one needed more attractions to fill a day, it is high quality but a little light on rides. Rainbow Magicland has a better line up of attractions, and Shock is very good. Both are worth visiting though.
+Leonardo Bruzzone I think that's because our group of 44 coaster enthusiasts were all riding it together. Sad the park got so few visitors as this and the Darkmare coaster were very good, as was the water coaster.
***** I know , right? Many people in Rome though don't like the park because it's too expensive to get in and that there's too little stuff. However it is getting a new array of rides next year including a new flight simulator, a family coaster (maybe) and a few more things
Leonardo Bruzzone Are they definitely opening then...I am aware they closed for the season early in 2015 due to lack of customers...I was wondering if that was the end for the park?
***** If that were to happen, it would make things even worse. The park is not built for large audiences. It's not got enough rides for everyone, and it has its fair share of bad reviews, mainly saying that it's too small. If there were to be CROWDS, then it would really go down.

That looks more intense than Colossus. The first drop change alone looks like it would be more intense.

I remember Colossus being rougher in the back as well. Nothing too bad though. This version does look like a sort of "version 2.0" of the design.

Sean Flaharty rip collossus
I haven’t ever been on Colossus before however I have rode this and it’s really fun and intense.
It's better than Colossus - faster and smoother
It'll be cool to see one of these at Flamingo Land, in the UK!

Very sweet coaster! Love how it has the same cable lift from MF and I305!
Italia per sempre
È più adrenalinico questo o lo shock di rainbow magicland? Io per ora ho provato solo lo shock ma ho intenzione a breve di provare anche questo.
I'm dizzy just watching it!
I’m glad that you said something about Colossus in the description
il mio "te vojo bene mamma"
I'm just here to check out what Invers10n at Flamingo Land will be like when it finally opens!
I think that translates to "Eagle" but I couldn't confirm.
That perfect circular corkscrew at the end was really awesome to see.
Hypernukeleosis Kirby no it translates to ‘high air’ eagle is ‘aquila’
Actually "Altair" is the name of the brightest star in the Aquila constellation. That's why it's space-themed. No need to translate
"GIRAAAA"... "GIRA DI NUOVO WOOOOOO" HAHAHAHA
¡Está súper cool! 😍
the usa needs one of these rollercoasters
Io dovrei andarci domani. È vero che si sente la sensazione di cadere? Le protezioni sono molto salde?
È difficile descrivere le sensazioni di cavalcare queste montagne russe - mi sono davvero divertito - spero che piaccia anche a te

davidjellis ok thank you!

Had an ERT on this one and did three laps in a row (only switching seats)... my oh my I felt dizzy afterward!
