I made the french onion beef casserole last week and loved it!
I hate all onions except for green onions. And even with those, I won't eat the white part, only the green end. Will not eat anything that has onions in it unless they're in powdered or dehydrated form. It's mostly a texture thing. Once you said you don't like chunks of onion, I knew I had to subscribe. Need to follow more like-minded people lol.

Loved your video. Especially your honesty on recipe #2. My husband (deceased now) hated onions. And my adult Son living me now is adamantly opposed to seafood and mushrooms. So, the recipe challenges continue. I mostly enjoyed the appearance of your Assistant in recipe#3. He appeared very intent on the success of the dish...lol What an adorable little boy ♥

Oh your baby is just adorable! I make that French onion casserole pretty often, it’s very good. In the sauce I add some Worcestershire sauce and a little bit of Dijon mustard
