- I am proud to present ELEMENTS in partnership with @OnePlusTech
I was super intrigued when I was asked to work with OnePlus and Mahogany to create something cool with this OnePlus 11 phone. I use my phone for everything so I was ready to see just how much I could do. We didn’t use the traditional gear to make this film, so we were able to get a lot done in a little time and if you know anything about being an artist on social media - that’s what you need when shooting content. I thought bringing the device out in the elements was a great way to show people exactly who I am and what I’m connected to. I can't wait to give this short glimpse into my psyche.
Thanks to OnePlus for believing in my vision and empowering me to make this film precisely how I envisaged it. Enjoy.

Every living, keyword there btw, creature with biochemical processing plants, yup plants also... but large or microscopic n unseen by our human naked eye are a part of building, some by destroying or symbiotic existences are necessary for the near future proliferation and health overall of our planet. Otherwise, we bring an end to this plane and conqueor another MAYBE... shes just reminding us to be mindful, meticulious, and malleable.... and 2 manage, maintain, and mystify all at once. 😮😅🎉 im pumped not sure who else is blinded by the light work but its too bright 🔆 to do alone. Chose to be chose n dont litter, recycle n repurpose as u can. Space dust has more value than our trash why not just throw out gas, trash , n ass into space n say solution right? I have had this internal conflict for a long time of wanting to honor my roots and where I came from when I feel like I am drawn to the cosmos. It felt disrespectful to my ancestors to care so much about what else is out there and feeling like that is my home. You've shown me that I can reconcile both these sides of me. You don't know how much this is going to change my life 😭 thank you for being genuine and representing those of us who want to exist just as we are.
The opening of the video made me think of two Orishas and that was both Obatala and Yemaya given the fact that they’re both depicted with beads covering their faces in artwork.

Iniko, thank you for putting so much intention into your work. I see so many people hating on you saying "you're milking this song", but for me, you are creating a beautiful narrative around this song that unfolds and reveals its meaning before us as we witness each beautiful creation. You're opening dialogues that so many of us are afraid to speak (or are too ignorant to understand), and this is what true art is all about. In this time of instant gratification, thank you for taking the TIME to put intention into your work and letting us marinate in it as we deconstruct the deeper meanings and cultural values you present. Look past those negative comments and people who only find you as a threat to themselves. Your work is amazing and if this is what you do with one song, I can't wait to see what you'll do with a whole album.
Can we talk about how this is supposed to be a phone advertisement but the only thing related to it is that it was filmed on that phone? I really feel like this is the way to go about brand tie ins. Brands should support artists as sponsors, not force them to become sellouts by making them parrot off a script.
If you are an artist you would understand patrons. Every artist have them even the greats. They are forgotten but the artist is not even centuries later. The patron can be a tyrant but we forget and remember the art. The Sistine chapel, great pyramids, Mona Lisa who backed them? Exactly check history. I love rainbows but the cost is rain sometimes a treacherous storm and also light. But all you remember is the rainbow not the recipe. Just smother perception

I'm currently going onto cancer treatment while navigating the end of an 11-year marriage. There is something so bright in the way that you talk. I have always been told that I have a magnetic energy from my heart and my aura .
