@@RukeAchoja Thanks a lot! I use DJi mavic 3 pro and Avata 2 and use Gyroflow and Premier pro for editing

When i think of 8mil home in "texas" , i think of a house on 22 acres lot😊

In buffalo tx, they have 36 acres for half the price of this house. I'll buy that land 1st.
Awesome! Just remember that land has no cash flow. If you paid 8 million for land, you will be paying a lot of taxes with no returns.
