  • To do what you want to do in life, you have to help steer your body around injuries and pitfalls. To do that you need a framework. Paul steps you through the three most important things to be aware of, biomechanics (structure, strength etc), the nervous system and physiology (nutrition, supplements etc). Cool things to have at front of mind. Challenge is to get very good at nurturing all three. That's the life long journey. Super fun!
