  • In this video Physio Paul shows you how to trigger point abdominal trigger points to:
    1) Increase length through the front of the body
    2) Enable more efficient running technique (initiating higher)
    He goes through high rectus abdominus/diaphragm tension then as a bonus shows obliques as well as mentioning psoas superior and inferior points (not for beginners).
    These are useful for performance as well as a start for freeing up lower back tension.
