I am so lucky to be waking up to this so early in my life. During the pandemmy, my auntie, momma & I used to send each other a list of 5 things we were grateful for every day, I might have to resurrect this practice. Remember you are spiritual beings having a human existence, we all have the divine power inside of us… we are the architects of our reality.
