So no non veg foods for attaining universe energy?
That's not the case, you can definitely have non veg. It's just that the foods that i mentioned are earthly ground grown
Just try vegan for a week; prepare your own food and keep a journal. You will know. I've worked in a morgue, a sla*gtherhouse and agriculture (pig breeding). No doubts here that vegan / vegetarian is very helpful to uplift your soul and keep your body healthier. The transit has to be done gradually, cold turkey (excuse the pun) is not for everyone. 33 years vegetarian now, never looked back, no pull whatsoever.
